1)   How do I schedule a virtual tutoring appointment?

Please visit our How To page www.mytutorcam.com/how-to. It is important to schedule an appointment at least 12 hours beforehand. However, due to limited availability we suggest planning in advanced.

2)   Do you suggest a single session or a weekly session?

Consistency is key. The best results are proven by weekly sessions. The tutor can develop a better understanding for how the student learns best.

3)   How can I cancel/reschedule an appointment?

Click “My Account” on the top menu. Here you can manage your bookings and subscriptions. If you would like to cancel an appointment, we allow a 24-hour cancellation policy prior to the session. Please cancel to ensure you will not be billed.

4)   Why am I receiving an error message when logging in on the Whiteboard?

Some school email addresses have blocks on them and will not allow you to login. Perhaps, try using your personal email address. If you are still having issues when logging in, please go to www.ziteboard.com and log in through there. You will have full access to the white board that your tutor has shared with you.
